      - Expect to get fired when no projects are available - Identity manipulation - chances you'll be doing your job as someone else - Mediocre projects - Can't afford the same salary as other companies (-10% of what I originally asked for)

      The tight-knit team, friendly environment, interesting projects as well as good management. The tech team are real professionals, especially Python and PHP guys
