Pros
Free soft drinks, nice office, good location, language trainings. I work in a remote team and all the team members are really nice and friendly. I find the local charity events really cool.
Cons
I've never seen this big turnover rate before in such a small company. The previous 'temporary' managing director was a really cool guy with a genuine transparent communication but now, the new local management keeps saying that they are transparent meanwhile recently (last couple of months) some colleagues just 'disappeared' - have read a lot of 'today marks my last day at Dekra' messages which leads to an unsecure/uncertain environment (who's next?). The people managers act like being god and it's contractually allowed for them to track all the employees by the entry cards. Some of the functional managers are burnt out, they don't care just waiting for their bonus payment but at least you can get support from the german management.
