It is easy to change project/area if you are not liking the area you are Work from home 2 days/week
Cons
Non standard tasks. Information from other project is hard to obtain. To much comuting. The rules are dependent on the project manager kindness. Long term rentals for people under non belgium contracts are not available. Work life balance terrible.
