      Great benefits and training opportunities, excellent place to start in the industry and learn the way around.

      Cons

      Resistant to change and not much trust in the engineers. Also cling to old technology and ways of doing things.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
