      Great pay, benefits & PTO. Some positions involve extensive travel - can avoid if its not for you. Schedule can be flexible.

      Cons

      Some car groups have a higher work load than others, and the manpower is not always well distributed. Higher positions in company involve longer hours.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
