*Benefits and pay are very competitive, but the benefits are sliding since the pandemic *Working level engineers are all very friendly and have a tight community

*Work Life balance is non-existent *Silo style working creates terrible communication and gaps in responsibility, which management refuses to recognize or correct *Company direction is lack luster *program schedules are agreed to by management with little to no way to meet the agreed timing. Working level is expected to fix the issues. *The organization runs very lean making it impossible to take time off
