      There are none - this "company" is a complete joke

      Cons

      - Condescending Leadership - Leaders do not actually work - everyone under them does while they shop online - Others take credit for your work - Management thinks it can make up for treating their employees like dirt by buying them things (Friday Lunches, etc) - Every single incentive was taken away in the 9 months working here - no more dogs allowed in office, no more happy hour, no employee appreciation, etc. etc. etc.

      In the engineering department there is a lot of collaboration and it is pretty close knit.

      Cons

      The engineering team is somewhat small.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working with my peers. The individual contributors are hardworking, supportive, and dedicated to doing their best work within a genuinely collaborative team environment.

      Cons

      I worked during a transition period following our acquisition by an investment firm. Due to the organizational changes, there were times when company goals and strategic direction felt unclear.
