Management is free to act how they want in own branch and make same mistakes as tellers but not be written up for it. Facade when dealing with customers, and hassle about presenting items that you didn't ask for. The incentive for management is ridiculously high so they will breathe down your neck with threats of firing or being moved if you aren't selling products to everyone. And I mean everyone.
