Pros
Good inclusive culture, good view on work/lige balance and mental health, good improvements to strategy and transparency from leadership in recent years. Very psychologically safe workspace. Interesting problems, especially if you can bring your critical thinking cap.
Cons
Very mixed literacy regarding complexity, infrastructure-focus over (re)design of business capabilities, tech-driven without an effective effort (yet) to lift the monoliths so still caught in those limitations while playing for cloud workarounds for integration between on-prem and cloud.
