Very little room for growth - Project Administrator DH Pace Employee Review

Very little opportunity for growth. Raises they offer are a joke and they provide almost no experience of value. They used a system that was defunct in 2006 so you’re not gaining any valuable experience with software. Micromanaging is very real and because I was young, I was treated like a child in school and would get in trouble if I had my cellphone on my desk. Should have seen the red flags when 2 of my interviewers told me their favorite part about the job was the holiday party the previous year. Wasted my time in this position.
