Nothing to learn . No Growth. if u are someones relative in the company then you'll get hikes irrespective of what you are doing. company run like a feudal setup. funds diverted and as a result salaries in arrears. No benefits to mention, not even provident fund.

Senior level staff is not educationally qualified, Managers are less qualified than the engineers....Only experience count
