Where to begin... Besides really low salaries compared with other companies, the benefits package is also really poor. I have been working for 8 years with the company and 5 years too long. With my competitive salary, I am unable to afford to live by myself with the current economy and the prices in Prague. In 2020 the company moved to a 100% remote work system. In March 2024, from day to day, they announced that we have to report back to the office. For over 2 years company assured us that we will be working 100% remotely, they even shut down around 70% of the office space (2 out of 3 buildings). With our really low salaries, almost everyone moved out to the location where we could afford to live, and now out of the blue within a few days, we need to find a new place as we have to report back to the office. I hope you are aware that this will lead many people to decide to leave the company, as the 100% remote working system were the only thing that kept us in. Good luck.
