Pros
1) Good exposure to overall going business activities. 2) People are goal oriented and focused on their targets. 3) Pay scale is good even for a fresh graduate who is taking a step towards developing a career.
Cons
1) No efforts of work count only people who are in good terms with higher management can grow. 2) Rest of the cons you will discover through experience by working in this company. 3) I have met people who have worked hard here and then switching their career for a better opportunity and growth! 4) I am not talking about overall global DHL Express keep that in mind.
