      Great company to work for. They try to make necessary changes on the U.S. side to make it easier on customers that import. Good pay , happy coworkers . Fun environment.

      Cons

      DHL Express in other countries needs to try harder at asking customers for the necessary paperwork for importing into the U.S. Some systems could be updated to make things more efficient.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
