      Commission is good an job isn’t hard

      Cons

      Management micro manages you, base pay is terrible and depending on your Area is dictate how much the politics of the company will Dictate your future. Also management will hold you hostage if you don’t have proper KPI’s even if those KPI’s don’t get you paid

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
