Not enough full time help. Not enough hours for part time help. Many part timers doing full time work for part time pay/hours. Management too focused on KPIs and procedures, rather than focusing in issues that directly improve service or customer perception of the company. Fleet is poorly maintained, trucks being used that are in such poor shape that the company should be embarrassed to have the public see them in service. Management often talks down to employees. Management is more concerned about going over payroll budget than using the amount of hours it takes to do the job properly.
