good employee discount on items and equipment in the store. pretty good selection of various brands when it comes to clothes and shoes
Cons
You can only make one mistake when you are on cash register, they will give you a warning and you can't make another for 6 months. The 2nd mistake leads to direct termination, no ifs ands or buts about it. Not enough training for new employees. They will throw you directly to the wolves on your 2nd day.
