Great growth opportunities, fun products, nice hard working people around you. Most customers are in a good mood when they come in because we deal with the products that they enjoy using, so it is up to use to make sure that they have a great experience when they come in.
Cons
There is a disconnect between corporate managers and employees and the people in the stores. Way too much to do with way too little resources.
