4 raises your first year 3 for the next 2 years then 1 yearly evaluation raise every year as long as you're there 4 10 hour work days for 2nd shift so you always have a 3 day weekend
Cons
When the warehouse is slow they ask people if they want to go home. You can stay the whole shift but it is tempting to go, and can be boring if you stay
