Pros

The teams you help create, you get to sell fun, career advancement is easy if you move for it. The relationships you build are like family.

Cons

In a 3 manager store expect Long days and longer nights. Scheduled 50 hour weeks yet you still have to sacrifice your free time on average it's a 12 hour day with no lunch and there is still too much to do. Expectations are set by stores with unlimited payroll, 5 to 6 managers and vendor merchants. In a 3 manager store most floor sets have to be done by sales managers and leads while still running the store. To top it off split days off are the norm which after the long days gives no time with family. It gas been so bad that in the year I have been in my location (a 3 manager store) I have seen a turnover of 4 SM and 4 ASM
