Does not pay well and no opportunity for growth - Logistics Coordinator DICK'S Sporting Goods Employee Review

The pay is terrible! It's a company that is made up of 80 to 90% lower to middle managers who have no idea how to manage. They bring you on with the promise of growth and opportunity only to weigh you down with work that is way out of your paygrade for "exposure". Then they take credit for your work to look better for the "big bosses". So not only will you not be compensated for your efforts you won't be recognized for your work either. Unless you're EXTREMELY desperate for work I would suggest looking elsewhere.
