Great Company - weird executive leadership - Director, Strategy DICK'S Sporting Goods Employee Review

There is a ceiling - to get to the executive level you seemingly can’t rise from the ranks rather they bring in largely disconnected and sometimes talentless l/inexperienced leaders (namely Steve M.) the head of strategy is pretentious, lacks grit, and comes from nowhere bringing a cadre of McKinsey lackeys. It is a disheartening experience working close to him.
