Incredibly micromanaged, they have checklists for what you are supposed to be doing for almost every hour minute by minute. Training is incredibly brainwashy, Dicks is just a retail store not some new way of life. They expect way too much of you and do not want you to think for yourself everything is about finding how dicks wants you to do something and doing it that way.
