Pros
There was absolutely nothing good about that place when I left. It used to be that the only sure, sure not good, thing was your paycheck, and the consistency of it. But even that started changing with their supposed focus on work/life balance. A.K.A they were cutting hours. So after that, THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING TO BE CONSIDERED AS A "PRO". NOTHING!
Cons
You'll struggle with absolutely everything. Disrespectful customers, useless/ heartless/ delusional management, crappy junk equipment, ridiculous sales goals, disgusting metric system, your vehicle(you don't get your own, you share the vans with other techs), horrible dispatching of jobs, everything. I've never in my life seen a company go so far out of their way to screw over its own employees, and make it so unbelievably, unbearably impossible to do your job or even consider staying there. Worst job I've ever had in my life. These employees have to be some of the saddest, loneliest people walking on this earth. You will lose everything to this company. They deserve to go under.
