Pros
The 4 day week is nice. You will get 40 plus hours and still getting that extra day off wich helps make the rest, which is needed to last threw the next week.
Cons
From the managers prospective there is only 1 person responsible for any problem with the company and it is always you. We're told often "thats policy and there is nothing you can do about it." As a tech if the customer doesn't have Internet for you to connect to its your fault, if they cancle a work order even if it's at 7am and you havent clocked in yet its your fault, you are expected to reinstall a job someone else left it a mess but still keep the productivity at the level it would be if it had been a simple trouble call. Knowing you will be held responsible for so many things that are out of your control is frustrating, and while you try your best an "I don't care" attitude come out because "there isn't anything you can do about it"
