Pros
Paid training and cheap TV
Cons
This place was like working at a sleazy car dealership in the 80's or some kind of Vector Marketing pyramid scheme. I was lied to by my interviewer, forced to work 70 hours a week, my first paycheck was "lost", I had to work holidays and in weather so nasty I could not see out of the windshield, some of my coworkers were violent felons (how did the background check miss that?), managers would show up at random jobs to make sure I was selling (but not help), my truck's brake lights were burned out and noone fixed them, everyday we were threatened with negative reinforcement, changing metrics were impossible to meet, forced to not take lunch breaks, insane routing system would have me drive 300+ miles a day, I could go on and on. Stop calling this a Field Tech position. It's sales. High pressure, crappy product sales.
