Pros
The people. The pay. The location The support. I had some pretty horrible issues at the beginning of this year with living conditions and attendance because of it, and even with the attendance policy they were kind enough to help me out. For a team of people that I have known, and that have known me, for such a short period of time, they really know how to show they care about you if you prove that you deserve the job. It's my first job and I am beyond satisfied with the treatment they give us. I haven't been there a year, and I already feel at home. More comfortable than I do with my own family, because of this job I have a car, an apartment, and am more stable than I have been in my entire life.Thank you Dish. oh, I am always telling my friends to apply. :)
Cons
Favoritism. Yeah it happens everywhere, but when I see someone who is more liked by management who works not as hard as I do get moved up faster than I do it stings.
