Cons

Shifts in consumer preferences in traditional TV, cable, satellite make it a challenging landscape for some brands. Growth in the wireless industry is also a challenge and expensive to build out at times putting pressure on finances. Despite these challenges they do a good job at providing a top notch work environment, free eco-pass, employee discounts, stock contributions and overall make a good effort to make time in the office a fun and great experience.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro I can think of

Cons

They don’t provide any equipment aside from the computer itself. They mislead you during the interview and job description. You are paid according to price of product sold and close rate however it’s all inbound calls and you can not call back. The inbound calls are lousy, people who don’t even have a $1 on a card in order to do the eligibility check, or no card at all.. poor credit which leads to higher out of pocket costs. I think only a handful of times I couldn’t overcome the spousal objection or the just shopping objection. Those I will take responsibility for but if I’m getting calls from people who don’t have a card or don’t have a $ or don’t have the money to put down OR already have an account or is a mis-transfer or were passed along because the technicians have to make referrals even though the customer isn’t actually interested in the product yet the tech makes them still call.. that’s crap and it’s not real sales.
