Pros
Decent pay Pleasant low level staff
Cons
Awful management Cannot keep employees Constant promotions to corporate while lower level staff is left short staffed and encouraged to work overtime (or ET as they call it) Management is rude and impersonal Constant metric goals that would normally be simple to meet, however, when employees are understaffed calls stack up and meetings with managers to discuss improvement are cleared for months at a time Personally I’ve had four different managers within the past two months and have yet to even make contact with my most recent Lower level staff is expected to work through sickness while management is allowed to take weeks off for the same symptoms WAH employees have very little, if any, contact with fellow coworkers and are left with no contact for weeks at a time Benefits are laughable Tuition reimbursement is a joke, mine was denied because my major “wasn’t relevant to my position” but my managers was completely paid for and we had the same major and work in the same department (mind you the reimbursement was of less value than my average pay check) PBS is absolutely pointless due to upper level staff getting priority, meaning their system will choose your schedule at random (schedules are set in three month intervals so it’s a long time for a bad schedule) It’s nearly impossible to feel valued within the company when managers are condescending and detached when they finally talk to you
