Cheap politics within the organization - Anonymous employee DKMS BMST Employee Review

Driver by a pack of fools who are very selfish and want only their development in the organisation. They just don’t care about employees nor their growth. CEO is a puppet at the hands of HR and Head of Departments. He doesn’t take a stand for his employees nor their well-being. Office politics is top notch as HR is the leader of the pack. Marketing head has zero knowledge about marketing which the CEO is blinded. Not a worthy organisation if you are looking to start your career.
