DLN is a company that actually respects work-life balance. They provide a non-stressful work environment while also providing engaging challenges.

There is a lack of written process and standards, but its not always a con.

I was hesitant to switch jobs, but an happy I did. The culture at this company is great. Some real assets are having local ownership, a team environment, great benefits/pay and very talented co-workers.

I can't really think of any.
