This is a company that is trying to grow so if you get in and you enjoy the family you will grow with them. Expanding the company will bring more and better opportunities for you. There’s a lot of tech and a lot of small networks you can build upon and learn.

Growing companies have a lot of growing pains, you need to be able to be quick on your feet and learn a lot very quickly.

Where to start: Horrible management Made me sign up through a State program that paid for 80% of my salary and was let go 4 days before my 90 day trial period with only reason being "not a good fit" but seen no warning signs of this coming. Felt like you're walking on eggshells. If you get a job their and they start having "closed door" meetings with staff at the same level as you start looking for another place to work. All 3 management positions are held by family members so if 1 of them does not like you, for whatever reason, you will not last long. They seem nice to your face but a different story behind your back.
