      Good staff, good Holidays, good hours, good pension.

      Cons

      Poor allocation of college funds. No realistic strategic view and numerous single points of failure. Poor leadership resulting in poor utilisation of limited finances.

      Constantly shifting agendas, low marketing and engagement budgets which lead to low student numbers, staff left with the consequences.
