Pros
It's fun Pays okay I met some nice people
Cons
You can end up driving for 2 hours to get to a party with barely any money for petrol as they apparently just go off what Google estimate it to be Management and office staff couldn't give a damn about you being sick. They don't leave enough staff to cover your parties so God help you if you're ill because that's apparently your fault!!! Not their horrific management, I've heard of people being charged on excess of £400 because they were ill. I never dared to call in sick out of fear of the repercussions which was no way to live. Can't believe they think that putting their entertainer out of pocket is the way to go about things! Yet the owner will happily show off his sports cars, absolutely disgusting behaviour Also very misleading about what you'll be paid. Oh and not to mention that you have to pay over £1000 for equipment before you even start and are then expected to travel up to 60 miles every weekend for free during your training for at least 10 weeks. You also have to travel to a training venue and do that for free too.
