None the place is abysmal

Cons

Was fired while on sick due to "stats" not being good enough when there was 0 evidence to back the statement, Requested evidence of "stats" was given reviews from my first 2 weeks at the company not my current status. HR is biased towards certain management, Sales get treated differently to any other team.

Pros

The people and junior managers wonderful, the only good thing about the job.

Where to start …. Painful disparity in pay. Completely unfair hiring practices, they tick all the boxes to make it look reasonable and fair but it could not be any further from reality. The business and executives could not care less about you or your career aspirations. Total lack of resources to get the job done effectively. It is very common for people to be working 2-3 different roles and being compensated for only one job, your responsibilities are kept deliberately ambiguous for this reason. Refusal to invest in people (I’ve lost count in the amount of redundancies I’ve witnessed in the last 18 months). Our investors are disengaging.
