      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, Decent hard working people, Most offshore managers are easy to get along with. Don't mind spending the money most times to have decent equipment for the techs to work with.

      Cons

      Need to aquire better vessels and equipment. There are a few offshore managers and shift supervisors that need to have there people and technical skills reviewed.

      Pros

      Kept most employees working for the first quarter of 2016, then dropped off to keep managers working. Benefits seem a bit better than most companies out there.

      Cons

      When looking for rotations and work assignments, office personnel don't answer emails or phone calls. At least one employee didn't know he was laid off until he tried to check his email account and it was locked out.
