It's not every day you find such an amazing talent pool of individuals while still maintaining a culture any company should envy. DOMA has really set itself apart by their methodical approach to building teams that really cultivate an environment you want to be a part of. I really enjoy DOMA for the people, the atmosphere and the current growth stage that they are experiencing. Ready to ride this rocket to the top.

None that I have observed.

The bulk of the people who work there (lower on th totem pole) are great people. The Feliciono family are wonderful people.

Upper management is toxic, they blindside and scapegoat all the problems they cause on people below them. They don't know how to manage... in all aspects. They're horrible with communication unless it benefits their own agenda.
