My experience at DON Services was defined by a hostile and abusive environment. The CEO, Stephen Cardella, frequently used physical intimidation—including hitting desks with yardsticks—while belittling staff. Sexual harassment was a recurring issue that created an unsafe atmosphere for employees.
Management showed zero appreciation for staff dedication. I was frequently forced to work outside my job description and out of the office during my standard hours. When the workload became impossible due to these extra demands, I was given an ultimatum: quit and keep my PTO, or be fired. I chose to be fired because I refused to take the fall for their poor management. The leadership views employees as "disposable lampshades" (a direct quote from previous owner, Chris Lloyd made in 2019).
