NO BENEFITS, ONLY STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT ALL 365 DAYS. CFO PRASAD AND OPERATIONS MANAGER PRADHAN AND GIRISH MANAGES WHOLE MANAGEMENT AND TORTURE A ALOT TO ALL EMPLOYEES. THEY WILL HIRE AND TREAT EVERYONE AS SLAVES AND THROW OUT, THE MANAGERS DOESN’T KNOW ANY WORK. PRADHAN AND GIRISH ARE MOST UNSUCCESSFUL MANAGERS WHO TORTURE AND LITERALLY ABUSE EVERYONE.

Please don’t join this company and ruin your life and the hr also won’t support and listen to whatever you tell. If you complain about the managers then the hr will go and inform those particular manager only. They will torture day and night everyday and pay u very less and they abuse everyone No good salary. Hike is 2% and max 3%.

Inside staff are knowledgeable, helpful and supportive despite the toxic management.

Health insurance is the worst yet with minimums so high you can’t afford the out of pocket then skip the doctors. Consider declining to try state insurance coverage. Management is quick to come to their own conclusions before listening to the individual or team doing the work. Due to lack of planning Managers panic. Teams are pinned against one another for survival making a toxic situation. If you’re desperate to stay you’ll be pulled into meetings about meetings, work more jobs, gaslighted, cuss at and spoke about behind doors. Annual reviews are measured 1-5, don’t expect over a 3, don’t expect to review your managers and consider only achievements the manager wants with last year’s issues you’ve overcome to be included since you can’t outshine the team. Managers are sent to HR but they only change for a period of time and come back with a vengeance, think passive aggressive. Targets are moved without discussion. Training is very poor so that managers can keep their controls and blame you for shortcomings. Management overpromises and looses clients as well as reputation.
