Fixed timings. Not flexible. You will loose a half day leave if you are late by 30 minutes. You should meet 8hours 45 minutes daily and should meet this timings before 6pm. Otherwise you will loose a half day leave :) No Work life balance. You have to work almost all the weekends. Politics in salary hike. Treat employees like slaves. High pressure
