Some positions require physical labor and working in a loud manufacturing plant. It may not be the right fit for everyone.

People are great with. Overall great company.

Wish there was more focus on team work. Working as a team. Not having only a few people get the help from others and the rest are on their own. This you to be a place where they cares for us like family now it seems to be all about numbers which I understand but at one time this place was all about looking out for one another and helping everyone. Does not feel like that anymore.
