Pros
It's a good company and it will provide all types of facilities which type of facilities should be provided by the Ltd companies working environment is too friendly. There is one LND team is working who will provide all types of training and work shops. There is no problem with the salary it will arrive on time .
Cons
Groth is very slow .if u want to work in higher position and searching a higher position in the organisation then u have to wait for too many years. Increment process is very slow.yearly increment is take too much to add into the salary..
