management style - Senior Vice President Credit DUCA Employee Review

I worked and reported to three presidents during my tenor there who were all fired and justly so. There was a dictatorial atmosphere in their style and they knew little about lending or people skills. Any disagreement with them was not tolerated and the yes sir no sir people got treated the best. current president seems to be more with it.
