Personally speaking i feel very proud to be in this company i came with no experience now I gained a lot of knowledge with my manager support .She was with me for my ups and downs supporting throughout my career.To get an opportunity in this company is like dream come true.
Cons
I feel more people should start understanding the product and start joining.Since it is a software company more of Employee Engagement programs needed to be added .
