I joined DWS in 2109, after leaving my previous consultancy company, a mega-large international concern, and it was the best thing I've done. I've worked for a variety of consulting companies as a permanent employee for over 20 years, and I finally feel like I'm "home". My experience is that DWS is customer focused company, where relationships between customer, consultants and company REALLY matter. Get those cornerstones right, and rest will take care of itself. It's cliche, but it's true - I am a person, not a number; The company values me and my effort, I'm not praised a profit centre and derided as a cost centre; and I'm encouraged, and in fact driven, to develop and progress to being the best consultant, professional and person I can be.
