Developed hands-on technical skills, including basic troubleshooting, printer connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications. Responsible for escalating support tickets to appropriate departments for resolution. Adaptable to multiple shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift schedules. Maintained strong team engagement and communication while working from home.
