Pros
Good hearted people, some who have been there 25+ years. Decent technology. Wide portfolio with promise.
Cons
CEO is a legend in his own mind. Spends money on his frivolous needs (Inner circle trips around the globe called "Presidents Circle".). All leadership wants is PO's and to do so, they stuff the channel and product seldom leaves that partners warehouse. Millions of $ sitting collecting dust. Wheels are now off that bus, riding on rims and soon down to the axles.
