      Pros

      Good communication MeetUps to keep involved on DaCodes content Telegram groups to share info not related to work duties Payment on date Special events like game tournaments, conversational english groups, etc.

      Cons

      Poor companion during the staffing process. They assing you a client and it seems that's the end of your relationship with DaCodes, there's no more meets to see if you're happy with the client. They hired me as a NodeJS Backend Developer. The client projects was in Golang and I had to do Frontend duties. They offer a bonus when you pass an AWS certification. I never received that.

      Pros

      10 days of vacation per year, and birthday day off

      Cons

      Low compensation for the level of responsibility required. Employees do not feel appreciated or valued. There is an expectation to be available outside working hours, and employees are asked to install Telegram on their personal phones so they can be contacted at any time, affecting work-life balance. In some cases, terminations are handled very abruptly. The client informed the employee first, while the company only communicated the termination at the end of the final day of the contract. I expected a more professional and employee-focused approach, such as giving advance notice or attempting to relocate high-performing employees within the company instead of ending the contract so suddenly.
