Pros
Very nice customers and you get to learn how to make a specialty drink. You do you get tips from customers. Monday through Friday and you have the weekends offand holidays Great coffee.
Cons
Manager is very lenient at first it was very nice but of course it does mess with the companyplayers are always on their phones and how it functions. Employees are always on there phones. Cleanliness isn't all that great food and even went bad sometimes A lot of employees were friends so they were rude to each other through each other underneath the bus and we're bossy and disrespectful Manager is nice but then can be overly nice gives away free stuff to customers on him but then complains to the employees why is losing so much money. Can't have benefits Can't grow No raises A lot of work low pay You had to write down everything and if you made one mistake everyone would make you feel bad about it Everyone ran on the cash register in so many employees
