Company is open to new ideas, no matter what level you are at within the company- if there’s a better way of doing things, they will listen and invest Even though it’s a remote setting, it’s as good as you can ask for with a good culture. Leadership genuinely cares about your success and will have clear instructions on how to achieve quota that is actually attainable. Leadership has very meaningful industry connections that can help accelerate growth in the coming years.

Took a lot of time to nail down consistent messaging/value prop, but that’s to be expected with a start up.

During my two years at Dalia, I was surrounded by a team of hard-working individuals, eager to succeed. My CEO and managers provided me with the necessary tools to succeed while encouraging the SDR team to be hands-on and voice opinions on what's working/what's not. This open dialogue allowed for a collaborative team dynamic. A great company for anyone eager to get their foot in the door with an amazing start-up!

More team meet-ups. Dalia is fully remote so opportunities to meet the team face to face are infrequent. More in-person collaboration would be amazing for team bonding.
